iesearchbar.dll error

I am getting an error more and more frequently when I open
Internet Explorer. I get the following message:

iesearchbar.dll
An error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleFile Faile; Code 5.
Access is denied.

It prompts me to "Abort", "Retry" or "Ignore". A few
retries makes it go away but it's getting more persistent.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

And follow the instructions in that page to erase the relevant entries
from the registry.

Roger, thank you very much. I have followed the steps
and it seems fine so far. No repeat of that error for
almost 24 hours now. You da man!
