iereset.inf missing?

If you are is missing iereset, how would you replace it?

From Silent Runners report:

C:\WINDOWS\INF\IERESET.INF (used to "Reset Web Settings")
HIJACK WARNING! C:\WINDOWS\INF\IERESET.INF was not found!

I would either copy it onto a floppy disk or usb flash pen drive from
another computer running WinXP and then copy it into the C:\windows\inf
folder, or I would download it from the internet.

Copy the text, and save as iereset.inf using Notepad.

Does this inf file need to be executed? Will double-clicking execute it?

You don't have to execute /install the file. The file is used by Internet
Explorer's "Reset web settings" option.
