ieplore error

whenever I go to a new website, I get the following
message,
iexplore error 1400
invalid window handle
This message sometimes freezes or continues to pop up
whenever I close it. It is driving me crazy! Can anyone
help?

You have not mentioned what OS you are using. If it's W2K
then have you tried to repair it?

Some parasite will hide using IE file name.
Folders/Files: names in Program file folder. Make sure the location is the
Program files folder.
iexplorer.exe.
