ieoz.exe problems

Over the last two days the following message has appeared
on my screen during start up. "ieoz.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any
incovenience". This message shows up about ten times and
each time a message is sent adviseing Microsoft of the
problem, but as of yet no response. Can anyone help me.
