If you are referring to the old File menu, then you can show it in IE7.

If you mean something else and can't find the answer on Sandi's site
(unlikely that she hasn't covered it), post in the IE7 newsgroup which

somehow a toolbar is gone from the top of the

browser?!

the one with settings and diagnostics, etc,.

how to bring back, please?

Stu, rightclick right below the left and right arrows top left and
check Menu bar, the toolbar will reappear.
