IE7 won't allow Home Page change

Hi! This may seem trivial in the large scope of things; however, going
through the normal ways of changing the Home Page don't "stick" - even after
re-boot. I've run all the security checks - have AdAware & Zone Alarm Pro...
I've emptied the cache, temp folders, etc... still no luck. A call to
Microsoft had me run through all sorts of hoops but it didn't help either.
Tho the gal said others have had the same problem. Has anyone had any luck
with a fix? Thanks!!
