IE7 RC1 on Windows XP

I've installed this on 2 computers.

Computer A runs perfect with no problems.

Computer B runs GOOD but some websites i visit scroll SO CHOPPY its
unbearable. a few websites that cause this problem are www.cnn.com and
www.weather.com

I've updated - flash, and java to no avail.
