IE7 issue opening windows

I turned on my Vista machine this morning, everything was OK until I went
into IE. For some reason it has decided to open a new window for all
hyperlinks and favourites. I've checked everywhen and can not find the
setting to enable usage of the same window. Tab'ed browsing is enabled.

Any ideas?
