IE6 won't run java pages

My IE 6 will not open java pages. They come up blank.
I have reloaded IE6 and the service pack but to no avail.
I tried to load the Java runtime but that also doesn't work

Check your Java - sites available .

If still no joy then please post back with any error messages and what you
are doing when you get them.
