IE6 wont open any web based email

IE6 on XP returns page cannot be displayed when trying to
enter the 'inbox' in all web based email -- hotmail,
yahoo, etc
what is up?

but i have cookies enabled
tried a patch that i found -- doesnt seem to corrcet the
problem

I've seen other posts here that state the same problem but
no solution
MSN peeps please help!!!
