IE6 won't display images in web pages created in MS Word XP (Win98 OS)

I am unable to see photo images using IE 6 to view web
pages I create on my machine with MS Word XP. I have Win98
on my machine, is this a security setting problem or
something about how MS Word creates web pages?

Hi, Can you see images on other web pages?
Can you see the images in Frontpage (e.g.) if you have it.
Obviously in IE check Tools, Internet Options, Advanced &
in multimedia that Pictures is ticked.
