IE6 windows max size or no size.

IE 6 has developed a problem where there is no restore down except to
minimize. Windows are either MAX or just in the task bar. How can I restore
to an adjustable window size? IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633

Unmaximize it.
Right click the icon to the taskbar and choose Size. Use the up and left
arrows to increase the size.
