IE6, Windows 2000

Page content overlaps, text is too big or too small and page too wide.

This is in Internet Explorer pages only, No problem in Netscape, Firefox,etc.
This is something I most likely screwed up myself but don't know how to
unscrew it.
This problem is in normal usage by me, I am not a programer.
Any help would be appreciated.
