ie6 problem after sp2 upgrade

I just upgraded? to SP2. Now Internet Explorer will not keep a home page
address! When I go to internet options, all I see inthe box for my home page
is "????????". When I type in my home page address and click apply it is
highlighted blue and after I close out and open up again it is back to
"???????". Has any one seen this b4? If so, what is the fix.Thanks in advance
for any help possible!

Run spybot S&D and ad-aware also run highjackthis...
