IE6 on XP has RPC terminated (NT/Authority System)

Message/Error "from the NT/Authority System" that says " Windows must now
restart because the remote procedure call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly. It gives 45 seconds to save files, then it turns off and
restarts the computer.
