IE6 have a repair feature

Have a friend that his ie6 isn't coming up. I haven't been over yet to try
and see if I can get it from the start/program or the folder itself, he
clicks on it and nothing.
Same with his outlook, but have posted to that group for that problem.

Is there a repair feature for IE6? or any suggestions,thanks

Make sure your anti-virus is turned off.
