everytime i get started doing something (downloading for
example) i get an error message stating ie encountered a
problem and needs to shut down- so i have the option of
sending a report and i do and then click on more info and
it comes up i need to install ie service pact 1- we'll i
already did that twice actually just in case and my
problem is still not fixed- help!
