ie6 browser hijacker problem

I've got a browser hijacker problem and I can't get rid of it. I run scans
that identify places it resides, eliminate them from the registry and then
it's back. I run spyware software and it identifies it , removes it and it's
back. It's annoying 'cause I don't want to reinstall but I'll probably have
to.

What am I missing ?
