Each time I start my computer i get a message:

Error Starting Program
The C:\\windows\IEDLL.exe file appears to be corrupt.
Reinstall the file and try again.

What does this mean? Is it Internet Explorer that has the
corrupt file? Where can I download this file from?

Try reinstalling IE.

IEDLL.exe is a parasite. Get the removal tool.
