I have a problem that is driving me NUTS. VERY frequently
while using IE6 I get a message that says that IE is having
a problem and must close. I am asked if I want to send a
report to Microsoft. I am about ready to pull my hair(what
is left of it) out.

Additionally, whenever I close IE I get a message that
says." The instructions at 0x02491fgc referenced memory
at 0x02491fgc coud not be read. Do you want to terminate
the program"... I bought the computer from Dell... but...
their support is in India. It takes me 20 minutes just to
understand them. They are of NO help.

Thanks
Jeff

problem, try go to internet explorer and download to a cd
and install from cd if it dont work your other should
