IE won't display updated web page

When I FTP web page to our web server. IE won't display
the updated version on my PC running XP Home. The web
page displays fine with updates on all other PCs.

Can anyone help?
 
go to your webpage and hit CTRL-F5 that will clear the
cache for this page...
Alternatively, delete your temp internet files on this
machine.
