IE won't clear history

When I clear my history and all temporary internet files
on IE6 it does not clear all of my history. It does
clear most of it, but there are a few that do not delete
at all. After I clear them and then open up internet
explorer and type an "A" for example in the address bar,
the auto complete shows some old sites I have viewed.
Those sites that show up are the ones that never clear
after I delete them.

How do I clear ALL of my history?
 
To clear the address bar in Internet Explorer:

Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Select the General tab
Under History, click the Clear History button.
This will remove all sites from the address bar.

To prevent sites from being kept in the address bar, change the Days to keep
pages in history to 0, (zero).
