IE windows don't stack anymore

Back before all my problems (which are all -known anyway- now solved
thank you to all who helped and advised!) my IE windows used to stack
when I had more than one open. Now they do not, I cruised Kelly's site
but I'm not sure what or which syntax/search term I should use.

Suggestions?

If I understand you correctly, you want to minimize the IE windows in
the taskbar one upon the other.

If this is what you want, try the setting Taskbar > grouping > group
least used applications first in tweakUI, which is part of XP's Power
Toys:
