IE Version 6 Can Not Log In

Recently have been unable to log in to sites that were working fine
previosuly. When entering log in name and password the screen flashes
(blinks) and returns to the original log in page.

Have tried resetting cookies and other settings but no luck.
Mozilla works fine.

Any suggestions ......
