IE trouble in limited and guest accounts

Hi...I posted a question earlier about IE not working in
my guest account. Now, I have noticed that IE also does
not work in the limited account I created. The only
other account on the computer besides Administrator is my
personal account which has admin privileges and is
password protected. I think this is a program problem
and not a connection problem because the program won't
even start up. Thanks for any help!

Have you run a virus scan?
