IE toolbar locked ??

a program I installed craeted a new tookbar in IE, but I have since removed
that toolbar but its left the toolbar locked so I can't make any changes to
it, how do I unlock the toolbar in IE for XP.

To unlock toolbars

On the View menu in Internet Explorer, point to Toolbars, and then click
Lock the Toolbars.
A check mark next to Lock the Toolbars indicates that the toolbars cannot be
moved. To unlock the toolbars, click Lock the Toolbars again to clear the
check mark

I have the same problem. Running spyware etc does not solve it. Other
user accounts are not affected, so the problem should be somewhere in
the user part of the registry, but I don't know where.

This is the setting for Lock the Toolbars in both Internet Explorer and
Windows Explorer. If you lock it in one, you can unlock it in the other.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
Locked REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1)

0 = Unlocked
1 = Locked
