IE starts automatically, why?

Anytime I start my computer Internet Explorer starts as well.

What should I do to get Windows starting normally without opening web
browser? I quess there is some option selected somewhere in the system that
causes this automatic start of IE, but I just can´t find it.

Click Start / Run / msconfig.exe {OK}, then click the
Startup tab. One of the entries refers to iexplore.exe.
Untick it!
 
This sounds like you have IE in your Start menu.
To remove this Go to Start >> Settings >> Taskbar >> Start Menu Programs >>
Remove >> Startup and select the Microsoft IE icon and click on remove. This
should stop it from loading each time you start.
