You don't state what you would want to use instead?

If I type the same site (sfsadf.com), I get: (I'm in the US)

I just want to know which registry can block the site NineMSN whenever URL
has been typed incorrectly or just display the web site cannot be found.

You can't just block that site per say ......
You will need to edit the Registry and modify the URL to
whatever it is you want to use ........

Open Regedit and search for: "search.msn.com"
