IE Script Error

Each time I print from IE this message appears.

An error log has occurred in the script on this page.

I have checked the URL above and found that shdolc.dll is
an "application extension" and therefore can't locate
preview.dlg.

I have recently installed NTL Broadband, Norton Internet
Security and some recent XP updates.

Can anyone help?

Another possible workaround is to delete the printer and then reinstall it
