Delete the shortcut from your startup file. Make sure
that you go to the all users file and check the startup
files as well as your personal settings. Through Windows
Explorer, click on My computer, Local Disk, Documents and
Settings\all users\start menu\programs\startup. Repeat
for default and your name.
