Hi,
I installed servie pack 2 and when I try to download
something from a site, this yellow bar shows up on top
that says "to help protect your security, Internet
Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your
computer. Click here for options...". I am wondering if i
can turn this security feature off as I believe it is
slowing down my downloads and it is becoming annoying.
