IE Problem; Strange and I cannot figure it out

Hi

My IE v.6 is not working properly anymore! It will not download files completely anymore. Files like AIM will only go up no 23.2 KB of 3.97 MB, and stop right there. I do believe something is wrong with my IE! What can it be?

It could be a problem with DNS, try getting the appropriate numbers
from your ISP.
Also delete TEmporary Internet Files, cookies and history in Internet
Options.

Error Message:"Page Cannot be Displayed" When You Browse the Internet
