IE opens new window but not fully expanded

This has just started happening and I am not sure why.
When I click on a link IE used to open in a full,
maximized window. Now it is still opening but in a
window about half the size and in the existing windows,
generally slightly offest from the left hand side and
about in the center (vertically) of the existing window.
How can I get it back to where IE opens all links in just
a seperate and full (maximized) sized window?

Todd, try this. Open one (1) IE window, maximize the
browser window, close the browser window. The next time
you open IE it should be the maximized size. IE will
reopen to the same size the "last" window was closed at.

I hope that helped.
