IE not passed Windows Logo testing?

I tried to download and install a new and clean version
of IE 6.0 from the Microsoft site. In the installation
step, it stops and gives me this message:

"The software you are installing has not passed Windows
Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP."

I'd apprreciate any clarification.
