IE not opening links

Hi,
Whenever I have a link inside a web page that opens a
page in a new windows. Clicking on the link does not do
anything. I could not even click on the "New Post" button
since it to must open a new page. Anything to do with
opening a new page in a new window does not work. Please
help.
