IE maximize

How do I make Internet explorer open in full window?
Every time I access the internet, I have to maximize the
window to full screen. Is there a setting to make it open
in full screen?
 
Right click on the IE icon, select the "Shortcut" tab, then select
"Maximized" in the "Run" drop down box.
