IE Locks up

My IE keeps locking up. I've tried the "Repair" Uninstalled
and installed 6 browser twice. And I can uninstal the whole
program without screwing with my outlook express. The
Netscape browser I downloaded works fine all the time. How
do I get IE to work. Even how do I uninstall this dang
thing so I can reinstall.

did you check the Task manager?

my system and IE locks up almost every 10 minuts since last
week. my IE is 6.0.3790.0. i checked Task manager then
subwindow PROCESSES. i found out when system and IE got
locked, 100% cpu usage was ALWAYS associated. and i
observed IEXPLORE.EXE comsuming a lot memory. IEXPLORE.exe
ate memory persistently from 1.8MB up to 286MB. i had to
end IEXPLORE.EXE process to save my system.

the OS is windows server 2003. the windows firewall is on.

strange, the problem is still there even i use netscape 7.1
instead of IE 6.0.

Any suggestions? thx for your help.
