IE loads slow and with the wrong home page

whenever I start IE it takes a very long time to open, and
when it does, it makes GLOBAL-FINDER.COM as the home page.
As far as I know, I've never visited this site, and I've
done a number of things: ran Ad-Aware to look for spyware,
searched the registry and files for global-finder and
could not find any files.

This only happens everytime I restart the computer, once
the browser is open and I set my home page it's ok, so
it's something that happens at boot up.

any help is greatly appreciated

Global-Finder (CoolWebSearch spyware). This is a trojan/spyware that hijacks
Internet Explorer start and search settings to one of several different web
sites
