IE Loading slow

if it was me i would do away with i.e 6 , its slow no matter what..try opera
or another third party browser

AFAIK Java 6 is still beta, not yet released. The most current Java is
always at www.java.com/getjava. I'm not sure how you'd go about
downgrading from v6 to v5, you may have to uninstall v6 first.

If you are running Webroot's SpySweeper it is the reason IE is taking 20
seconds to open because of the new Java update has a BHO now. There is a new
build of SpySweeper 4.5.9 (Build 709) that fixes this. Uninstall the old
version then install the new version and get the updates and the run a full
scan and your IE problem should be fixed.
