When I ftp to a site using something like:
ftp://username
[email protected]
Then as I browse through some of the folders on that ftp
site, the "username
asswd" part of the URI gets lost.
Then when I try to either PUT or GET a file, I no longer
have sufficient permissions to perform those tasks.
Very annoying!
I like the interface that IE uses for ftp, and it would
probably take years to explain ncftp to some of my
users. So if there is a way around this, or if a bug
ticket needs to be put in... Anyway, I'd rather have my
users use IE as the default ftp client.
