Just been on my footie newsgroup, and people are talking about the best way
to delete the Microsoft IE index.dat file. everyone has manual ways of doing
this or are recommending free trial programs. anyone got a real free program
to delete the file automatically?

I believe Crap Cleaner will do this and clean even more.

I already have Spybot S & D so I drag & drop to the shredder in Tools.
