ie content advisor probs

I enabled the content advisor but forgot to allow viewers
to visit unrated sites. When I went back into content
advisor to change this setting, it would let me in with
the very password I had created just 5 minutes earlier.
Now I can't go anywhere online.

Can anyone help?
