Hi,
I am getting reports from some visitors to my website
(www.hitched.co.uk/tforum) that occasionaly their
browsers are closing down after an error
saying 'Internet Exlporer has encountered a problem and
needs to shut down, sorry for any inconvenience' and the
would you like to notify microsoft about this problem
dialog box.

Is there any way I can narrow down what the problem might
be with my site?

Cheers

They probably need to remove spyware from their computer. See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
