Hello all,

I been looking around for about 1 week now. I am having trouble with a
couple computers running XP.

When users click on a link the browser shuts down without any errors. It
starting to happen more and more. I was wondering if there is any solution to
this problem.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Is the Yahoo Toolbar installed? If so, uninstall it and see if that
solves the issue.

Thank you for the reply but we do not have any toolbar's installed. Could it
be one of the patches that were installed a couple weeks ago? I'm having so
much trouble with these computer right now that my users can't work.

I just had a PC that had this exact problem and it was something to do with
McAfee??? The person solved it by working with McAfee help online and had
to do with uninstalling McAfee completely and reinstalling...including going
into the registry.....

Hope this helps!

Hey George,

Would you happen to have the instruction on how you did it? Did you have to
install a patch for Mcafee?

Let me know so I could get this started.

Wouldn't you want to contact McAfee?

Louie,

My apologies as I left for the day. The person explained to me that they
used the live McAfee link on their website and a fellow walked him through
it. I didn't actually even touch the PC as the individual solved the
problem himself.

Thank you George,

Would you be able to get some information about it? I been search the web
