IE cannot open new window from hyperlink after install sp2

Hi, all
I have XP home, after I install SP2, the IE cannot open new window
if I click the hyperlink or right-click mouse to open a new window.
Any idea? thanks

Your clock is wrong. It's probably set to PM when it should be M.
