IE buttons Missing??? HELP!!!!

Everything between the top blue line and the browser window has disappeared. Tried right-clicking in empty tan area. Didn't work. Tried trying to grab the bottom and drag up. Nothing to catch on to. Didn't work. Went to ToolBarCop and didn't know how to work it. Afraid to delete anything. Can someone please help me find my buttons????
