IE Add-On Site

Hey I was wondering I have Window's Vista in the favorites there is this one
site the IE Add-on Site that has some add-ons for Internet Explorer and I was
wondering if these add-ons are all free or do you have to pay for them and do
they have any risk of viruses or something.
 
Microsoft wouldn't distribute viruses. They would consider that bad
publicity. They are careful who they deal with.

Most if not all are free.
