IE 6sr1 Hyperlink Problem

We have an issue with a intranet page hyperlink, This
should open another instance "window" of IE, but it just
dose nothing. We have also noticed that the F3 search
option in windows stop functioning. Not sure if the two
problems are related. Any Help would be greatly
appreciative sence we are having to re-Ghost affected
workstations.

There are several possible causes for this. First try opening
IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Programs and set the bottom
checkbox. Close and restart IE, and say "yes" when prompted.
