IE 6sp1 web page buttons not developed

My IE 6sp1 is not developing the full button on a web
page. I have the html button indicator but the full
button with picture and/or text is not fully developed. I
can't remember if I made any changes to settings in the
past couple of days. Any idea what I can check to correct
problem??

Does the window have scrollbars?
Sometimes that button is hiding at the bottom.

Also it seems to have a hover aspect to it
so make sure you move your mouse around slowly
in the bottom right-hand corner if you don't see it
right-away.
