IE 6 Links not responding

IE6 on XP Pro, and all the updates installed.

Links from some pages and Outlook do not work.

Get mesages like "Error on Page" or "Java X234y&, kl" in the IE status bar.

Anyone got any ideas or is it re-install time AGAIN!

You may be able to resolve the issue by resetting Web
settings in Internet Explorer.
Tools > Internet Options > Programs
"Reset Web Settings"

Or, if the above did not work
Go to Start > Run
then type regsvr32 urlmon.dll
(there is a space between the 2 and the u)

Or check this information:
"You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens
After You Click a Link"
